Test and Measure - The Pilot Stage:

...and finally, you get to pilot your innovation.

This is where you test and measure your innovation in a real life business situation in a specific and isolated part of your business, that reflects the working realities of the rest of your business.

....this is where you carefully notate performance, search for bugs, searchfor a better interface or flow, searching for even more improvements than you had on the design stage or the brainstorming stage.

This is where you invite feedback - criticism, irritations, breakdowns, possible breakdowns - you want it all from your chosen and insulated testing ground.

Watch this video with a pen and paper and list all the possible things you could be looking to improve on in your pilot stage.

This is only the beginning. Get to know clarity. Email me, Mike Kennedy...
